Rowing School Victoria is owned and operated by Commonwealth Games and Olympic Games medalist, World Rowing Championship representative and Rowing Victoria Hall of Fame inductee, Sue Chapman-Popa.

Located on the Yarra River in Melbourne, Australia, all rowing programs are based out of Power House Rowing Club in Toorak.
