Crew coaching
Masters and Club Crews may require some assistance with technique, crew coordination and timing. Using the same techniques as in the individual sessions these problems can be addressed and corrected. Video analysis is very beneficial in these cases.
Video assessment
Rowing School Victoria uses the most up-to-date video assessment training tool for assessing technique in the boat and on the ergometer. Video will be taken of the rower/crew during the sessions-on the ergo, in the tank and on the water as required. A disc of these session/s with will then be collated, feedback included, for the rower/crew to have and watch at home on their computer.
If you are interested in Individual Sessions, Crew Coaching or Video Assessment, please don’t hesitate to contact us at Rowing School Victoria through our enquiry form.
