Suitable for adults and teenagers. Learn to row sweep (one oar) and scull (two oars). You can attend sessions regularly or casually.

Ideal for school or work holidays. Two different programs run during the seasonal holidays. Program one is sweep (1 oar) and program two is sculling (2 oars).

Regular weekly groups
Perfect for mothers groups and fun fitness groups etc. This program runs Monday to Friday each week. Your group may select the day/s preferred for your regular weekly sessions.

Crew coaching
Masters and Club Crews may require some assistance with technique, crew coordination and timing. Using the same techniques as in the individual sessions these problems can be addressed and corrected. Video analysis is very beneficial in these cases.
Video assessment
Rowing School Victoria uses the most up-to-date video assessment training tool for assessing technique in the boat and on the ergometer. Video will be taken of the rower/crew during the sessions-on the ergo, in the tank and on the water as required. A disc of these session/s with will then be collated, feedback included, for the rower/crew to have and watch at home on their computer.
